Terms & Conditions
Our terms and conditions are long and detailed but necessary for both parties and are designed to make sure your experience is as painless and safe as possible.
By booking you are agreeing to our terms and conditions. These terms can change at any time, it’s up to you to review this document each time you hire our services. You will not be able to hire our services if you do not agree to these terms. For any questions about issues not covered here, please email us: firstname.lastname@example.org.
Jump Photographic Studio LTD reserves the right to end this agreement with you and terminate all services if:
— You breach any of these terms and conditions
— Fail to make a payment due to us and on time
If you break these terms, or if any liabilities are incurred arising out of your use of the services, you agree to be responsible for all costs and expenses that we incur as a result of the breach, including reasonable legal fees (if applicable) & this liability extends to your team. You are responsible for all actions taken, whether these are by you or anyone from your team and it’s your responsibility to keep our property and equipment free from damages and losses.
We reserve the right to change the price of any service at any time, without giving notice. No contract for the sale of service will exist between you and us until FULL PAYMENT has reached us on time. Until this time we reserve the right to cancel or refuse your order at our discretion.
Before confirming your booking, we require full payment upfront plus a damage deposit. Without payment upfront, you won't be able to enter or use our spaces. We do not provide refunds, you will get a 28-day credit instead. If there are cancellations we will need at least 42 hours notice, or you will lose your credit, you will also lose your damage deposit for admin fees.
We need 42 hours notice if you want to change your day-rate slot and time-slot. We expect you to be here within an hour and a half of your start time or else we can not guarantee that there will be staff available to let you in (and normal no-show policy would thus be incurred).
Overtime works on a pay-as-you-go basis, and any other additional costs will have to be paid upfront in cash via card at the studio, the first 1hour of overtime is taken out from your deposit.
Overtime costs will be incurred if the client/crew occupy the studio or building at any time other than the standard hours. 10 minutes grace will be given to clients to pack down and vacate the studio after that your 1st hour of overtime will start. We advise you to include at least 20 minutes pack down time within the day rate. We generally can accommodate 1 hour overtime, depending on our schedule, double check the likelihood of getting overtime in advance. We have the right not to provide overtime. Minimum Overtime (1hour ) for Studio-A £30, Minimum Overtime for Studio-B £40
No free parking during weekdays, however, there is paid to park on Lebus St and it's roughly 3 mins walking distance from our studio.
Please make sure you’re at the studio to collect deliveries and the stylist gives their number to the delivery courier and not the studio’s as we are not always in the building. You won’t be allowed to leave outfits for pick up overnight.
If you are doing any set-building, please let us know in advance. No paint or strong colours can be dropped on the floor and you must cover the floor instead or you face a fine of at least £100 to £1000 or more. Set designers must take everything with them and can’t leave anything in the industrial state or you will lose your deposit.
The open plan kitchen is a shared space, studio B (daylight) gets more priority over the space. Filming, taking photos or setting up clothes rails etc in the kitchen will cost you extra, please refer to price list. If you wish to film in either studio we recommend you visit first as we can not guarantee any conditions for the recording of audio and cancellations around this issue cannot be refunded.

— Studio A (cove) max capacity: 8 people. If more it's £40 per head
— Studio B (daylight) max capacity: 13 people. If more it's £40 per head (unless previously discussed with us)
— Overtime from 8pm is £60 per hour
— Overtime from 10pm is £100 per hour
— Overtime after 10pm is £150 per hour
— Paper backdrops if in stock are £15 per meter stepped on or damaged
— You will incur extra charges if you set up outside the studio and we reserve the right to stop you from using the space
— You will be chargred 8% interest every 14 days on late payments
— We can only open the sliding walls for studio B for Events only
Nothing in these terms shall limit or exclude our liability for fraudulent misrepresentation, or for death or personal injury resulting from our negligence or the negligence of our employees.
However, we will not be liable for any loss of revenue, loss of profit, loss of contract, loss of business or any anticipated savings, loss of goodwill or reputation, or any special, indirect or consequential damages (however arising, including negligence) arising out of or in connection with these Terms.
